Kaitlyn Bristowe Reveals She & Her Dogs Had to Have Multiple Surgeries: ‘All 3 of Us Have Stitches’
Get well soon!
Bachelor Nation fans got to know and love Kaitlyn Bristowe on Season 19 of “The Bachelor” and Season 11 of “The Bachelorette.”
The former Bachelorette keeps us all updated on her social media pages and podcast, where she has millions of followers.
This week, Kaitlyn took to Instagram to share that she and her two dogs all had to have surgeries a few days ago.
Alongside a series of photos of her and her dogs in recovery, she wrote, “A lot going on at the Bristowe residence. All 3 of us have stitches.”
Kaitlyn then shared why they all received stitches as well as what else has been happening in their household the past week.
She said, “I got an upper bleph (take it to your group chat if you wanna be negative). Ramen had a fatty tumor removed (Please pray for it to come back normal). Pinot had a tooth pulled (He was so high when he came home he had to eat laying down). And my back yard is torn up!! (Which means dogs go on leashes every time they have to go, even if it’s 3am).”
Kaitlyn finished her post with a funny signoff, saying, “So, good news. I saw a dog today. Have you ever seen one? You probably have. Anyways.”
A lot of followers were interested in hearing about the Bachelor Nation star’s upper bleph surgery, which is also known as eyelid surgery.
She posted an update on her Instagram Story, sharing that recovery is going very well.
Pointing to one side of her face, Kaitlyn said, “Okay, this eye is like healed. I don’t know what is happening… It’s wild. They actually took more off this eyelid because this is the one I really wanted to fix my droop. And then this [eye] is healing so much slower but still so great.”
The Bachelor Nation star also admitted that she wasn’t expecting the recovery to be going so well so far.
“I’ve seen some people with their healing journey from an upper bleph and mine’s actually going really well,” she expressed. “This is day four and I’m just stoked on the healing journey.”
We’re so glad to hear that Kaitlyn is recovering well and we hope her and her dogs are fully healed soon!
