As Bachelor Nation fans know, former Bachelor Ben Higgins married the love of his life, Jess Clarke Higgins, in November 2021.
Since then, the two have been traveling, moved in together, adopted a puppy named Waylon, and now are expecting their first child together.
Ben is also one of the co-hosts of the “Almost Famous Podcast,” and over the weekend, the show hosted an adorable baby shower for the soon-to-be-dad.
The podcast’s Instagram page posted a video of the event, highlighting different moments such as the sweet decorations, Ben opening gifts, tasty themed treats, and all the Bachelor Nation guests who attended.
The video was captioned, “So much love, laughter, and Bachelor Nation family celebrating @jessclarke_ and @higgins.ben as they prepare to welcome their little one into the world! 🧸🩷”
Joan Vassos also posted some photos online from the baby shower and wrote, “Had the best time showering @higgins.ben and @jessclarke_ with our bachelor nation family 🧸🩷…thank you for having us!! 🫶”
The new girl dad also took to Instagram to post a sweet video of a couple of Jess’ maternity photos while reflecting on this exciting time.
He said, “I will always remember this season of life being in awe of @jessclarke_ and the beauty in the process of bringing life into this world. Thank you Jesus. However I am quickly coming to the reality that the next stage is a girls take over of the Higgins house. Pray for me and Waylon.”
Jess commented on her husband’s post, “Girl power!!! I can’t wait to see her be your best buddy.”
