‘The Golden Bachelor’ Wins Reality TV Award for Outstanding New Cast: ‘Well Deserved!!!!!’

Bachelor Nation fans saw Gerry Turner look for love on Season 1 of “The Golden Bachelor.”
Gerry made history as the show’s very first Golden Bachelor, and the series brought in millions of viewers each week.
And while fans loved following his journey, viewers also fell in love with all the women on the show, their friendships with each other, and their unique stories.
Now, it has been announced that “The Golden Bachelor” has won the Reality TV Award for outstanding new cast!
In an Instagram post online, it was shared, “The cast of The Golden Bachelor has been recognized for Outstanding New Cast at the 11th Annual American Reality Television Awards!”
The post continued and shared a little more about the qualities of the cast that made them such a standout group.
It said, “This dynamic group of women, aged 60 and above, captivated audiences with their diverse backgrounds and personalities.”
The post also pointed out certain individuals from the cast and recognized how all of their stories and backgrounds came together to create a captivating narrative.
It shared, “From retired professionals like @kbswarts and @christina.kempton to vibrant individuals like @lesliefhima and @faithsmartin each contestant brought a unique energy to the show. Together, they created a compelling narrative that resonated with viewers nationwide.”
Fans and fellow “Golden Bachelor” cast members filled the comments with words of congratulations and tidbits from their experiences on the show.
Sylvia Robledo wrote, “It was a beautiful experience being part of the cast and sisterhood!” and Christina Kempton said, “Incredible experience…and incredible ladies!!! Wonderful experience that I’ll treasure forever!!!”
