Susie Evans Gets Candid About Dissolving Her Lip Filler: ‘It Was Starting to Look Unnatural’

Bachelor Nation fans met Susie Evans on Season 26 of “The Bachelor,” and she’s been keeping fans updated with her life online ever since.
This week, Susie took to social media to reveal that she recently dissolved her lip filler and shared about her experience in a brand-new video.
In it, she said, “I got my lip filler dissolved this week and I wanted to share a positive experience because I’ve only ever seen those crazy videos on TikTok where people have massive lips and they look… I mean, it’s terrifying.”
Susie then showed a photo of herself in her car after getting the filler dissolved and what her lips looked like right after.
Pointing to the photo, she said, “This was as swollen as I got, which, let’s be real, it is swollen and it looks like a botched lip job. But basically they inject you with hyaluronic acid. It feels no more painful than when you actually get your lips done and it’s quicker. So I’m just saying, if you’ve been too scared to get your lip filler dissolved because you’ve seen those videos or you think it’s really painful, I’m telling you it’s not that crazy.”
Susie then expanded more on the healing time in her caption and shared that the swelling only lasted a couple of hours.
“It was no more painful than getting them done and the most swelling only lasted 3-4 hours,” she wrote. “I blocked out two days assuming I would look crazy but I feel like with a little lipstick, I can easily cover this up. If you’re looking for a sign, this is it.”
One fan commented on the video and asked why she got her lip filler dissolved, to which Susie candidly responded that she no longer liked the way it looked.
She said, “I just thought it was starting to look unnatural. I always got a super small amount but I did some last summer and I just hated the way it looked fake. So I figured go back to more natural!”
Fellow Bachelor Nation star Serene Russell also commented and shared she’s facing a similar dilemma around Botox, saying, “I'm having the same tox dilemma - I just really miss it in my chin bc I make such funny faces 😂😂”
