Bachelor Nation fans got to know and love Joey Graziadei on Season 20 of “The Bachelorette” and Season 28 of “The Bachelor,” where he found love with fiancée Kelsey Anderson.
Before his time on our Bachelor Nation shows, Joey was a teaching tennis pro who lived in Hawaii and was looking for love.
Now, in our new Bachelor Nation YouTube series “Bachelor Audition Tapes,” we’re giving you an exclusive first look at the audition tape Joey submitted to be on “The Bachelorette.”
In this never-before-seen footage, Joey is seen taking us behind the scenes of his life on the island of Kauai and enjoying a day full of swimming, tennis, golfing, and more.
He also reveals details about his dating history that he’s never shared before.
Joey opens up about the two relationships he had before the show, why they didn’t work out, and how this all led to him applying to be on “The Bachelorette.”
“I want to fall in love, that’s for sure. I thought by this age I would have a lot more figured out. I thought I would be married and starting to build a life with someone,” Joey shared.
He revealed that timing was never on his side when it came to his romantic life and that he was “very open to falling in love quickly.”
And it all worked out for him in the end! He met the love of his life in front of all of Bachelor Nation.
