Emily Ferguson Opens Up About Giving Birth with Severe Scoliosis: ‘It Can Be Scary’

Bachelor Nation star and famous twin Emily Ferguson Karlsson married professional hockey player William Karlsson in July 2022 in Las Vegas.
Toward the end of last year, they welcomed their second baby boy and the mom of two has been sharing her life on social media with fans.
This week, she took to her Instagram Stories for a Q&A and in one answer, she revealed that she has severe scoliosis.
A fan asked about her experience giving birth with the condition as they also have it and were worried.
Emily shared, “Haley and I both have scoliosis in the 40-degree range in our upper back! We were so worried about this when getting pregnant and having babies and getting the epidural!”
The Bachelor Nation star went on, saying, “Luckily neither of us had any issues at all! I hope this gives you some relief and positivity! It can be scary but it can also be a positive experience too! We mostly struggled with lower back pain during our pregnancies! I hope the best for you as well and for an easy and smooth delivery!”
Another fan asked Emily how it’s been going from one kid to two and Emily revealed she can’t do it all by herself.
She said, “I love being a mama times 2!!! It’s hard sometimes when Beckham and Maxwell both need me at the same time, but otherwise it’s the best kind of chaos and I’m loving it! And yes! we have a full-time nanny who helps us keep life running smoothly around here. It truly takes a village, and we’re so grateful for the extra set of hands (and heart) helping love on our boys.”
