Brayden Bower Shows Off His ‘Makeshift Tornado Shelter’ in New Video: ‘Supposed to Get Pretty Ugly’

Bachelor Nation stars Brayden Bowers and Christina Mandrell got engaged last year during “The Golden Wedding.”
And earlier this year, the two revealed exclusively to Bachelor Nation that they secretly got married in December 2024.
The two live together with Christina’s daughter Blakely in Nashville and love to keep fans updated with their lives online.
Recently, Christina shared a video of Brayden showing off his “makeshift tornado shelter” that he made from their pantry.
In it, she said, “There are lots of tornado warnings out there and I kind of just wanted to show you the setup that I just walked downstairs to.”
Christina then knocks on a door and Brayden opens it wearing an apron, saying, “Oh, hey, welcome to MTV ‘Pimp My Shelter.’ If you come in here, you gotta see I got a nice little setup here for a couch.”
The camera pans and shows the walls covered with athletic mats, one pillow cushion, a laptop, and a water bottle in the corner.
Brayden continued, explaining, “I got some beverages over there, I got a little iPad for TV. Snacks are on the wall behind this thing, so if I pull this down, I got plenty of snacks. And then if it’s actually time, protecting my head with this bad boy right here, look at that. Sit here and chill out, watch a movie. Totally enough space to kind of stretch my legs out if I need to.”
Blakely chimed in and asked, “Where’s my mom going to sit?” To which Brayden immediately responded, “You guys are going to the bathroom.”
Christina shared more details about Brayden’s shelter in her caption and sent her love to those who are near the tornadoes.
She wrote, “Brayden turned our pantry into a makeshift tornado shelter… complete with gymnastics mats on the wall and an apron for reasons only he understands. 💁🏽♂️ I’ve heard it’s supposed to get pretty ugly tonight🌪️so if you’re nearby, thinking of you and hoping you’re staying safe and cozy.”
