Bibiana Julian Discusses Struggles as a Single Mom to a 2-Year-Old: ‘I Need Help’
Opening up.
Fans first met Bachelor Nation star Bibiana Julian on Season 22 of “The Bachelor,” and she returned to our screens for Seasons 5 and 6 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
Since her time on the shows, Bibiana has been continuing to share her journey with Bachelor Nation fans on social media.
In October 2023, Bibiana took to Instagram to share that she is expecting her first child. And in January 2024, she welcomed her son Roman into the world.
Bibiana has been keeping followers updated with her life as a mom online. And recently, she posted a video discussing struggles she’s facing as a single mom to a 2-year-old.
In a new post on TikTok, the Bachelor Nation star shared that she feels emotionally dysregulated.
She said, “I need help. I’m a single mom, entering the two’s and I’m insanely dysregulated. I don’t even know how people operate at this level. Consistently overstimulated, my poor son has hard emotions and then I have a challenge regulating him and I’ve seen videos of moms talking about this and the two’s. And someone reminded me yesterday like, ‘It’s called terrible two’s for a reason’ and I’m like, ‘Oh I forgot about the terrible part.’”
Bibiana went on, inquiring if there’s anything she can take to help her through this chapter.
“I want to be a good mom,” she expressed. “I do not like feeling like I am failing at this. And most of it has to do with the fact that I feel so dysregulated. I feel like I’m on this hamster wheel, late to school, rushing, trying to get him to eat. There has to be something I can take to regulate my emotions so I can get through this. I feel like crying right now because I hate how I feel inside. I don’t know why I’m so dysregulated, make it stop.”
One follower suggested taking magnesium to help and shared their love for the Bachelor Nation star.
We’re sending our love to Bibiana and keeping her in our thoughts during this time. We think she is a wonderful mom and we’re proud of her.
