Caelynn Bell Reveals Why She & Dean Put Trying for a Baby ‘On Pause’ Amid Fertility Struggles

Bachelor Nation fan-favorite couple Dean Unglert and Caelynn Miller-Keyes (now Bell) first found love on Season 6 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
Since then, the two have gotten engaged, bought a home in Colorado, and officially tied the knot in 2023 at Beyul Retreat in Meredith, Colorado.
Last year, Caelynn was open with fans about their journey to start a family, sharing that it’s been harder to conceive than expected.
Now, the Bachelor Nation star took to Instagram to share where she and Dean are in their conception journey.
In her new post, she said, “Dean and I have been trying to have a baby. We decided to put things on pause, and I feel like that’s something people don’t really talk about. I felt like it was all anyone was asking about, and it just put a lot of pressure on me.”
Caelynn continued, “It’s been an interesting journey, to say the least. I am still taking my prenatal so when we start trying again, my body is at least ready. My doctors recommend taking a prenatal six months before trying to conceive.”
While they are taking some time to pause for now, Caelynn ended her video by saying, “There’s so much that goes into it, so much emotion, but we are taking all the right steps to get there, and that’s all we can do.”
