Ashley Iaconetti Opens Up About How ‘RHORI’ Could Impact Her Marriage to Jared Haibon

As Bachelor Nation fans know, Jared Haibon and Ashley Iaconetti Haibon first met on Season 2 of “Bachelor in Paradise” in 2015.
The two later got engaged on Season 5 of “Bachelor in Paradise” and tied the knot in August 2019. Since then, they’ve welcomed son Dawson in 2022 and their second son, Hayden, in 2024.
Last year, Bachelor Nation fans speculated that Ashley might be a future Real Housewife of Rhode Island after footage of her being filmed by a crew leaked online. A few months ago, Ashley officially confirmed that she will be part of the show’s cast.
Now, Ashley is opening up to Us Weekly about how being a Real Housewife may impact her relationship with Jared.
Many couples have famously struggled, both on and off screen, after being thrust into the Housewives spotlight.
“I know that since we’ve been through the spotlight together, neither of us are going to feel affected by it,” she told the outlet. “We have been under the spotlight together. This isn’t going to be a new thing. I just think it’s nice that we’re not going to have something new thrown at our relationship.”
The Bachelor Nation star also shared that she and Jared are already familiar with navigating ups and downs in the public eye.
“We honestly know how to navigate it pretty well. It’s our foundation,” Ashley said. “I would say we kind of know how this is going to go. We know we have our priorities in line, for sure.”
She added that they’re grateful to have prior experience on camera together before joining the show.
“I cannot imagine starting to get a spotlight on me in my late 30s. We’re really super grateful we’ve had a background in it,” Ashley said.
