Gabi Elnicki Buys Dallas Home with Fiancé Zach: ‘We’re Homeowners!’

Bachelor Nation fans first met Gabi Elnicki during her search for love on Season 27 of The Bachelor.
While things didn’t work out with Bachelor Zach Shallcross, Gabi went public with her boyfriend, Zach Espinosa, in the summer of 2023.
The two have been going strong ever since, and in October 2025, they announced the exciting news that they are officially engaged.
Gabi has continued to keep fans updated on her life via social media and recently took to TikTok to share even more exciting news: she and Zach have bought a house.
She posted a video of the two of them standing in their new home with their dog, captioning it, “Your newest Dallas residents.”
The Bachelor Nation star also teased upcoming renovations, adding, “Lots of work to be done, but we’re homeowners!”
Gabi later shared on her Instagram Story that they have already completed all the demo and framing throughout the house. The couple appears to be adding arches to all the entryways and installing stained hardwood floors upstairs.
She also gave a sneak peek at one of their beautiful countertops, writing, “Can y’all believe this veining is PRINTED on this slab of porcelain????”
Fellow Bachelor Nation stars filled the comments with congratulations and love for her new home.
Kaity Biggar wrote, “Eeek! Can’t wait to come 💖,” while Charity Lawson added, “coming overrrrrr.” Jess Girod and Davia Bunch both commented, “YAYYYY,” and multiple fans shared, “Welcome to the neighborhood 🏠♥️.”
