Sarah Herron Shares What She ‘Can’t Do’ as a Mom with a Limb Difference: ‘Getting Vulnerable’
Keeping it real.
Bachelor Nation first met Sarah Herron on Season 17 of "The Bachelor," and she later returned for Seasons 1 and 3 of "Bachelor in Paradise."
Sarah found love off-screen with husband Dylan Brown, and the two welcomed twin girls, Evy and Coco, in 2024.
Since then, she’s been keeping followers updated on life as a family of four, and what it’s like parenting twins with her limb difference.
Now, Sarah is opening up even more. She took to Instagram to share a list of “things I can’t do as a mom with one hand.” She also posted it to her Instagram Stories, writing, “getting vulnerable with this post.”
But scrolling through, it quickly becomes clear Sarah is being tongue-in-cheek, highlighting how parenting challenges are universal.
Her list includes “sitting down, sleeping unaccompanied, walking independently, showering/peeing unsupervised, finishing a cup of coffee while it’s hot, etc.”
In each photo, she’s holding her babies and added, “Turns out it’s a parent thing, not a hand thing. 💁♀️”
Fans flooded the comments with love, with one writing, “Me, a mom reading these and going hmmm yup, check, check, check. One hand, two, none, three… doesn’t matter at all to your babies! These are just straight up mom things!”
We love seeing Sarah share her experience with motherhood so candidly, and know her honesty is helping so many others.
