Mike T. Shares How Zac Clark Helped Him Feel Comfortable Going on ‘The Bachelorette’
Opening up.
Bachelor Nation got to know and love Zac Clark as he looked for love on Season 16 of “The Bachelorette.”
As fans remember, Zac shared his struggle with addiction and journey to sobriety with Tayshia Adams on-screen.
And since his time on the show, Zac has continued to share resources for addiction, mental health, and more through his company Release Recovery Addiction Treatment Center.
Zac loves to hang out with people in Bachelor Nation, and this week, connected with Mike T. from the most recent season of “The Bachelorette.”
As fans know, Season 22 is currently on pause. While viewers wait to see what happens next, the men have been sharing more about themselves online as well as exclusively telling stories on the “Bachelor Happy Hour” podcast.
Mike T. took to Instagram to share that he’s been getting to know a lot of people within Bachelor Nation and revealed that Zac was the person who made him feel comfortable to go on the show.
In a new post, he said, “I’ve gotten to know a bunch of people in @bachelornation but yesterday meeting up with @zwclark was a special moment for me. Zac was one of the reasons I felt comfortable and confident going on the show. Putting yourself out there for the world to see is scary but I am so grateful for the journey as it taught me so much about myself.”
Mike continued, teasing a little bit about his “Bachelorette” journey, writing, “I hope you all get to see my story play out on tv very, very soon. I challenged myself in ways I couldn’t have ever imagined. Days like yesterday remind me I am exactly where I am supposed to be.”
Zac shared encouragement by commenting, “Keep going,” to which Mike replied with the emoji, “💯”
We love seeing these two connect and hearing about the support Zac provides!
