Jade Roper Opens Up About Finances and Remodeling Their 26-Acre Property
Keeping it real.
Bachelor Nation fan-favorite couple Jade Roper Tolbert and Tanner Tolbert first fell in love and got engaged on the beach during Season 2 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
Since then, they’ve gotten married and welcomed three children together: Emerson, Brooks, and Reed.
In 2024, the Tolberts moved back to Kansas City after living in Orange County, California. And last year, they bought a 26-acre home that they are currently renovating.
Jade and Tanner love to keep followers updated with their lives online, and this week, Jade took to her Instagram Story to answer some fan questions about their new home.
In response to a video the Bachelor Nation star posted about the pond in their new backyard, someone asked if they share the feature with their neighbors.
Jade replied that it’s all theirs and said, “Our new house is on 26 acres including the private 5 acre pond. The property is what really sold us on the place, land for our kids to explore and make memories on together. 🥰”
Another fan then followed up and inquired how she and Tanner are able to afford the large property and remodel.
Opening up about their finances, Jade stated, “Mama makes the money in this house. But he’s really great at handling the finances and investing it for us. We make a good team.”
The Bachelor Nation star also gave an update on their renovation progress and revealed that it’s taking longer than originally expected.
“We were thinking [we’d move in] this past February, haha, but the dates keep slipping on by,” she said. “Hoping before summer now!”
We are so excited for Jade and Tanner on their new home. We can’t wait to see the final renovations — it looks beautiful already!
