Clayton Echard Reveals Shocking Income From Viral Dance Cameos: ‘Pays More Than a Full-Time Job’
Raking it in.
Bachelor Nation fans first saw Clayton Echard look for love on Season 18 of The Bachelorette and again on Season 26 of The Bachelor as the leading man.
Since then, he’s kept fans updated on his life off-screen and discovered a love for dancing.
Clayton has been posting videos online showing off his latest moves and despite mixed reactions from followers, he’s continued pursuing his passion.
And it’s paying off. His dance videos have made their way to Cameo, where he revealed he earns a significant amount of money in addition to his full-time job in real estate.
During an episode of the She's All Bach podcast, Clayton shared, “I have a revenue stream that pays more than a full-time job. It’s Cameos. I did 1,300 Cameos in the last year. So you can do the math on that. Multiply that by $75 a pop, you can see how much money I made from it. It’s a lot of money.”
The host pulled out her phone and calculated that Clayton made more than $97,000 from Cameos alone last year.
Clayton shared that the nearly six-figure revenue stream is thanks to both dancing and his time in Bachelor Nation.
The former Bachelor said, “And again, why do I have Cameos? Because I was the Bachelor. So, like, it brings opportunities. So yes, I appreciate what I have gotten from the show. And again, that allows me to do other things. That allows me to chase my passions or dance more. Again, I’m making good money so I can go dance more.”
Clayton also clapped back at critics who have something negative to say about his dancing.
He said, “People are like, ‘All he does is dance all day. What’s his real job?’ I’m like, ‘If you guys only knew what I’m bringing in.’ Like, I’m chilling. If this is my life, that’s a great life. [They’re like], ‘Oh, he’s not making an impact, he’s just dancing.’ [I’m like,] ‘Ok. If I’m getting paid to dance, you think I give a s***?’ Ok, I’m not a rocket scientist. Like, whatever.”
We love that Clayton is doing what he loves and making a great living while doing it. Keep dancing, Clayton!
