Jesse Palmer Reflects on His ‘Bachelor’ Journey and How the Franchise Has Evolved Over the Years
Looking back.
Bachelor Nation fans know Jesse Palmer as the Season 5 Bachelor and now as our beloved franchise host.
Jesse has been there for numerous Bachelors and Bachelorettes over the years and also recently hosted HGTV’s design competition show, “Bachelor Mansion Takeover.”
During an interview with "Good Morning America" this past week, Jesse reflected on his journey with “The Bachelor” and how the franchise has evolved over the years.
Looking back on his time with the show, Jesse shared that it’s been a “full-circle” moment.
“It’s just a full-circle kind of experience, really,” he said. “From being the Bachelor way back in 2004, I think? And then now hosting it and seeing it from a completely different perspective, is totally strange and weird.”
The beloved franchise host then went on to share how he’s seen the show evolve and change after his time as the Bachelor.
Reflecting on the franchise since he handed out roses in 2004, Jesse stated that it’s become “better.”
He poked fun at himself, saying, “What I would say is I have an appreciation for how much bigger and better the show has become. I set a very low bar back in 2004.”
Fans and fellow Bachelor Nation stars filled the comments with their love for Jesse, such as Debbie Siebers who wrote, “Jesse is simply the best!” and Cindy Cullers who added, “So blessed to have @jessepalmer.”
Lew from the most recent season of “The Bachelorette” also chimed in, “The man the myth and the absolute legend @jessepalmer.”
We couldn’t agree more with all the love for our host, and it’s so fun to hear Jesse’s experience from his time as the Bachelor to now.
