Lauren Bushnell Lane Discusses Being ‘Open’ to Fostering or Adopting More Kids — Read Here

Bachelor Nation fans know Lauren Bushnell Lane from Season 20 of "The Bachelor.” Since her time on the show, she’s found love off-screen with country singer Chris Lane.
The two married in October 2019 and have since welcomed two sons into their family.
Earlier last year, Lauren shared on social media that they were expecting a baby girl. And in November 2025 they welcomed their daughter, Logan!
Now, the Bachelor Nation star has taken to her Instagram Story to open up about possibly fostering or adopting more kids in the future.
While answering fan questions online, Lauren revealed that she’s done being pregnant but isn’t sure if their family is complete yet.
She said, “As of now! And I’m definitely done being pregnant but I would be open to fostering or adoption down the road!”
Lauren also discussed how her current postpartum experience has been different from the first two, and revealed she may be struggling with some postpartum depression.
She revealed, “I actually finally am feeling like myself again — typically around the 6 months PP mark I begin to feel… happier? Lol and that’s not to say I’m not in newborn heaven with my babies. I just don’t feel like myself during those first 6 months.”
Lauren went on, “Another thing I’m struggling with lately is just feeling everything to the extreme. So maybe I was / am struggling with some mild PP depression? Idk.”
The Bachelor Nation star continued and explained that everything around her has felt “magnified” during postpartum.
She shared, “I get really sad and the brokenness of the world feels magnified? Which maybe that’s because I also feel joy magnified and love magnified for my baby / children and I’m sure it’s hormone related but yeah it’s hard. Am I an empath? Lol is that the term?”
