Genevieve Parisi Reveals She’s Dating Again After Being ‘Scarred’ by Previous Relationship

Bachelor Nation fans got to know and love Genevieve Parisi on Season 26 of “The Bachelor” and Season 8 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
Since her time on the shows, she has been keeping fans updated with her life online, including her dating and love life.
Last year, Genevieve revealed she was in a new relationship but called it quits after dating for a few months due to feeling belittled, disrespected, and judged by the guy she was seeing.
Now, the Bachelor Nation star has taken to social media to reveal she’s ready to start dating again after being “scarred” by her previous relationship.
In a new video online, Genevieve revealed, “It’s been a while but I’m going on a date. I haven’t been on a date in so long! Last guy I think scarred me for a bit.”
She then explained that she was recently in New York City for her sister’s Bachelorette party when she met this guy.
“We were doing a scavenger hunt [at the bar] so we had these cards and he walked right up to me very confidently, he’s like, ‘What’s going on here?’ And I told him we were doing a scavenger hunt and he was like, ‘Okay, let’s see what I can help you with.’ One of the things on the scavenger hunt was ‘Ask a stranger to lift you on their shoulders.’ So we went outside the bar and he put me on his shoulders.”
Genevieve shared what she knows about him so far and confessed that she intends on asking him a lot more questions while on their date at the Bel Aire Hotel.
“That was my first interaction with him and at first, honestly, I didn’t know if I liked him so I was being not stand-offish. But I wasn’t being very talkative,” she recalled. “He’s 28, lives in New York City, he went to law school. He was a lawyer and now he owns his own tech company. So I have to get more information, I have so many questions I have to ask him tonight.”
She revealed that he’s currently staying in Venice while visiting L.A., and hoped that he wouldn’t be late due to traffic.
