Raven Gates & Adam Gottschalk Buy Another House While Building Their Dream Home: ‘Completely Lost Our Minds’

Bachelor Nation fans saw Raven Gates Gottschalk and Adam Gottschalk meet and fall in love on Season 4 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
Since then, Raven and Adam have tied the knot and welcomed two kids: their son Gates in January 2022 and their second son, Max, in July 2023.
The couple loves to keep people updated with their lives on social media, often posting about their family, marriage, and fun trips together. And last year, the two revealed that they are currently building their dream home together in Frisco, Texas.
Raven and Adam have been documenting the process online, sharing progress updates with their followers. And this week, Raven revealed in a new video that she and Adam have decided to buy another house.
She said, “Have we completely lost our minds? We just sold our current home that we live in that has a 2.65% interest rate on that we’ll never see again in our lifetime.”
Raven continued and revealed that she and Adam decided to buy a house down the street to live in and renovate while they wait for their custom-built house to be move-in ready in the next five or six months.
“I’m feeling emotional about letting go of the house that we currently live in because of the interest rate, and I brought my babies home from the hospital in that house,” she expressed. “But we have a lease back until the end of July and then we’re gonna move into our second house we just purchased. And then we’ll live there until we move into this house.”
Raven confessed that they discussed “more comfortable options,” but felt like they had an opportunity to take a leap.
“We could’ve stayed being comfortable, but I feel like our whole relationship has been about taking leaps,” she admitted. “I’m excited about everything ahead but I am stressing a little bit. I will have to process the emotions of leaving our house that we’re in now because I never thought we would sell that house.”
