Sarah Herron Gets Vulnerable About ‘Losses’ in New Post: ‘I Have No Work or Income Lined Up’
Keeping it real.
Bachelor Nation first met Sarah Herron on Season 17 of “The Bachelor,” and she later returned for Seasons 1 and 3 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
Sarah found love off-screen with her husband, Dylan Brown, and the two welcomed twin daughters, Evy and Coco, in 2024.
Since then, Sarah has kept followers updated on life as a family of four and has been open about everything from parenting and living with a limb difference to fertility and more.
This week, Sarah took to Instagram to open up about a more vulnerable topic.
In a new post, she wrote, “Everyone shares their wins on Instagram, but rarely their losses. Here are some of my losses from the past month.”
She went on to share things like, “I have no work or income lined up after this month and I can’t find the motivation to either. I don’t have much motivation at all,” and, “A brand reached out to me wanting to collaborate and then after months of negotiating and vetting the product at home, they told me my link clicks were too low and they didn’t want to work with me after all.”
Sarah also shared some parenting-related losses, including, “Our girls screamed for 60 minutes straight on the airplane and yes, people were glaring,” and, “My exercise equipment has turned into a package staging area.”
In the comments, fans shared some of their own recent losses, and Sarah responded, “We’re all human after all.”
She also highlighted some recent wins, including that “the girls had the time of their lives meeting their cousins” and that she no longer feels “stuck in survival mode” thanks to her slower workload.
We know Sarah’s continued honesty and vulnerability will help so many others feel a little less alone.
