Tyler Norris Reveals His Timeline for Kids with Wife Alyssa Sheridan — It May be Sooner Than You Think!

Bachelor Nation fans got to know Tyler Norris on Season 19 of “The Bachelorette,” and again on Seasons 8 and 9 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
While Tyler didn’t end up finding his forever love on-screen, he did find it off-screen with partner Alyssa Sheridan, who appeared on the singing competition show “The Voice.”
The two launched their relationship in 2023 and announced the exciting news of their engagement last year.
And a few months ago, Tyler and Alyssa officially tied the knot in a gorgeous wedding surrounded by friends and family in Oceanside, California.
Now, the Bachelor Nation star has joined the “Bachelor Happy Hour: Golden Hour” podcast to share more about married life and when he’s hoping to start a family.
When talking about possibly having kids, Tyler revealed his timeline for starting a family is soon.
“It goes very quickly. We want kids as soon as possible,” he shared. “That’s the ultimate goal. I want four kids, she wants three, so we’ll see what happens there.”
Tyler then touched on his and Alyssa’s family plans and where they envision raising their kids.
“I have my two brothers and both of my parents back in New Jersey. She has her sister, her brother, and her mom out here in California,” he said. “So for me, I mean, I know that the first child at least, for the first two, we’re gonna be out here. We have a grandmother set up. She’s gonna help us out as much as possible.”
Tyler continued, “But I did tell her, even before we got married, before we got engaged, my biggest thing was moving back to Jersey for at least a few years. Just because I have one brother who had two kids, my other brother’s been married — he plans on having kids soon, so I would want my kids at a young age growing up around them. But we’re gonna end up in California for forever. But in the early stages, I would like to go back to Jersey for a few years.”
