Spilling the tea!
Bachelor Nation fans got to know and love Hannah Brown as the Season 15 Bachelorette.
Since her time on the show, she found love off-screen with husband Adam Woolard and has been keeping followers updated with her life online.
Hannah has also gotten into the world of writing and is a beloved published author of numerous books.
She just released her third romance novel, “Reasons to Be Loved by You,” and teased on “Bachelor Happy Hour” that the plot is inspired by her own personal experiences.
She said, “I feel like this book is for Bachelor Nation to kind of come into this new season of life that I’m in… This third book is based off of some of my own personal experiences that I’ve had.”
Hannah went on and explained that her main character is reminiscent of herself.
She described her as a “former pageant girl from the South turned into a reality TV star. She went on a dating show that ended, not the way she expected, in public heartbreak, and so wants to return back to her roots. Wants to get her life together after fame and heartbreak, to go back home to realize that her brother is also coming back for the summer but now engaged to the other woman in the very public heartbreak.”
The former Bachelorette then teased that she thinks people who are fans of her life will enjoy the book.
“It’s very messy, it’s very fun, and there’s a very sweet happily ever after in the end. But a lot of that is based off some of my own personal experiences,” she shared. “I think people are really going to like this book if you’re into any of the lore that is my life. You’ll definitely see where the inspiration came from.”
Hannah also explained the reason why she decided to turn her post-“Bachelorette” experience into a romance novel, and left fun clues for readers.
“I feel like my life story is stranger than fiction, so why not write my, like be able to process… [and] make a fun story out of some of the experiences that I’ve had. And that’s what I did,” she said. “This story is its own story, it is. But you know, it’s for me to know and for you guys to guess how much of it, the interactions, were based off of things that me and my family navigated during the time.”
