Chelsea Vaughn Opens Up About Her Love Life and Going on Dates in L.A.: ‘I Had 3 Last Week’
Spilling the tea.
Bachelor Nation fans got to know Chelsea Vaughn on Season 25 of “The Bachelor” and again on Season 7 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
Last year, she moved back to New York City after living in Mexico City for a while, revealing that she recently got out of a relationship.
And at the beginning of this year, Chelsea shared that she officially moved out of NYC for good and is currently living in Los Angeles, California.
The Bachelor Nation star has been open about adjusting to her new home, keeping followers updated with her life online.
This week, she took to her Instagram Story to answer some fan questions and give an update on her love life.
In response to someone asking how a recent date was, Chelsea replied, “You gotta be more specific. I had 3 last week 👀”
Chelsea then went on, revealing her current mindset for a relationship and dating in LA.
She said, “Lol they were all great tbh!! My goal [right now] is to have a fun summer and do fun LA activities, not to find a boyfriend.”
One person also asked how it’s been making friends in a new city, and Chelsea answered honestly.
She shared, “It’s been okay! It takes a lot of effort, humility, and time to build relationships. I’ve gotten lucky with some introductions through other people, but truthfully, I spend a lot of time alone.” The Bachelor Nation star also added, “My college bestie is moving here soon so very excited for that.”
In a YouTube video, Chelsea expanded a little more on trying to make new friends and shared, “Making real friends in adulthood is not easy. And it also feels kind of embarrassing for some reason. Like it’s not actually embarrassing, but it does feel that way to be like, ‘I want friends.’ Or I want more friends or I want different friends. And as someone who just moved across the country to a place where I had [zero] friends, I feel like I’m doing a pretty good job. I’m actually proud of and feel good about where I’m at.”
We always love hearing from Chelsea and appreciate her vulnerability. We’re sending our love and cheering her on in this next chapter!
