Lauren Bushnell Lane Opens Up About ‘Confusing’ Changes After Welcoming Baby #3

Bachelor Nation fans got to know and love Lauren Bushnell Lane from Season 20 of “The Bachelor.”
Since her time on the show, she’s found love off-screen with country singer Chris Lane and the two got married in October 2019.
The couple has since welcomed two sons into their family. And in November 2025 they welcomed their third child, a baby girl named Logan!
Now, the Bachelor Nation star has taken to her Instagram Story to open up about “confusing” changes she’s faced since becoming a mom of three.
While reflecting on how each baby has changed her, Lauren shared that she has changed the most as a person after having Logan.
“This third time around has been a doozy,” she said. “I feel like I’ve changed the most as a person and it’s been…confusing?”
Lauren talked about a study on how the brain changes after becoming a parent, and she expressed her “spirit has changed and [her] priorities have shifted.”
She stated that her empathy “has exploded to the point of almost being unable to function” because now she wants to help every person, animal, tree, and problem.
She explained it as a “heightened awareness of EVERYTHING” and that she has felt a “massive spiritual and mental change during this postpartum period.”
“It’s a very strange thing to navigate in real time,” Lauren reflected. “I feel like I’m having to rediscover who I am as a person and it’s been a wild wild ride…This postpartum shift has been a massive restructuring of my brain and spirit — opened my eyes to so much that I was maybe missing??”
