Abigail Heringer Reveals New Family Planning & TTC Update: ‘Morning Greens & Prenatals’

Bachelor Nation fan-favorite couple Abigail Heringer Erb and Noah Erb famously met on Season 7 of “Bachelor in Paradise” and fell in love.
Since their time on the show, the two have moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma, tied the knot in 2024, and expanded their family with their two dogs, Maki and Velvet.
Abigail has previously shared her honest thoughts about deciding when to start a family with Noah.
And this week, she shared a new update online via her Instagram Story, revealing that she and Noah are currently preparing to start a family.
Over a photo of a green smoothie and vitamins, she wrote, “morning greens & prenatals 💪”
Abigail then clarified that she’s not currently pregnant but has been doing a lot of fertility research.
She shared, “I am not pregnant!! 😅 It’s recommended to start prenatals before pregnancy, so it’s just preparation over here. Nearly gave my parents a heart attack lol.”
Abigail continued, “Just been learning a lot about fertility / pregnancy the last few months and want to try and be open with you guys as much as I feel comfortable with.”
The Bachelor Nation star went on to share some of the findings from her research.
She said, “My fertility nutrition book I’ve been reading stresses how important prenatals are and getting your body prepared even months before becoming pregnant.”
Abigail also advised, “If you’re thinking about TTC soon, would highly recommend researching which ones would be a good fit for you!”
Abigail then posted a photo of the nutrition book she’s been reading, titled “Real Food for Fertility.”
