Bachelor Nation fans got to know Courtney Robertson from Season 16 of “The Bachelor.” 

Since her time on the show, she found love off-screen with Humberto Preciado and the two tied the knot in October 2020. 

They later welcomed three children: Joaquin in June 2020, Paloma in November 2021, and Gabriel in April 2024.

Courtney has been keeping followers updated with her life online, and last month she exclusively revealed to People magazine that she has filed for divorce from Humberto after six years of marriage.

In a statement to the outlet, she said, “After learning information that irreparably damaged the trust in our marriage, I made the difficult decision to file for divorce.”

Now, the Bachelor Nation star has opened up in a new episode of the “I Do, Part 2” podcast about her ongoing divorce and what led her to file. 

Courtney shared that this decision is something she’s been considering for a while, and it involves infidelity. 

“What I’m going through is with infidelity and different parenting styles, and I would say it’s early days,” she said. “I’ve been thinking about this for a year, two years. I know it may have seemed sudden to some people.”

She went on and claimed that Humberto cheated on her while she was filming the HGTV show “Bachelor Mansion Takeover.” 

“When I did ‘Bachelor Mansion Takeover,’ I look at the video and, like, I had so much stress,” Courtney reflected. “I’m 43 now. My face was puffy. The cortisol levels and that was stressful. I was brokenhearted.”

The Bachelor Nation star added that while she was filming, she looked at her shared phone plan with Humberto and discovered other women were texting him after their kids went to bed. 

“He wanted me to do [the show],” she shared. “It was a money-making opportunity. It was a great experience for me. But you know, obviously, I touched on infidelity and I’ve talked about it pretty openly. But he’s on my cell phone plan and it was, like, four or five days into filming, and I shouldn’t have done it. I looked at my phone plan and one of the girls — because there’s many — was texting late once the kids went down. And it just shattered me.”
