Bachelor Nation fans saw Charity Lawson and Dotun Olubeko fall in love and get engaged on Season 20 of “The Bachelorette.”

Since their time on the show, the two have been enjoying time together with their family and friends, and Charity went on to compete on “Dancing with the Stars.”

The former Bachelorette now co-hosts the “Bachelor Happy Hour” podcast and just sat down with professional dancer Stephani Sosa, who recently appeared on “Dancing with the Stars: The Next Pro.” 

While sharing about her experience, Stephani teased, “I remember getting the email to audition in like November? And I thought it was a scam.” 

Stephani went on and revealed she found out she was going to be on the show while also rehearsing for Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl Halftime Show. 

“I got the call when I was actually at Super Bowl rehearsals. I ended rehearsal, was walking out, and then I got the call. And I was like ‘Wait, this is crazy,’” she remembered. “I will say the process for me was really healing… I grew a lot.”

The dancer continued and dished on some moments from the show that appeared differently on TV than real life. 

“I’m glad I did it. Like, I’m really happy that I went and I just went for it as much as I could,” she shared. “The feedback on the show was great. I feel they didn’t really air a lot of every judge’s comment. They definitely cut out a lot of things.”

Then expanding on the audience feedback and negative comments she received, she expressed, “I just take it and… I’ll listen to it and I’ll think about it and honestly, they might be right about some things. And then if it doesn’t serve me, I kind of just let it brush off and I keep going.”

Both Charity and Stephani also named which celebrity they think could win the Mirrorball trophy on “Dancing with the Stars” this year. 

Naming Maura Higgins, Stephani explained, “She did a little spin and dip with Val at Miami Swim Week… Her back and her legs and her feet, I’m like, she’s literally ballroom girly. Like, she just needs some training and she’s gonna be great.” The two also agreed that Ciara Miller is a strong candidate as well. 

“Her personality too I feel like is very fierce,” Stephani shared. “I change my answer!” she teased.
