Since his time on the show, Tyler has found love off-screen with his girlfriend, Tate Madden, and the two have been going strong ever since.
The Bachelor Nation star has previously teased the possibility of proposing to Tate while discussing their future together.
And over the weekend, Tyler revealed that he officially popped the question — and he and Tate are engaged!
Now, Tyler has shared that he filmed the proposal and posted the heartwarming moment Tate said yes on social media.
In the video, Tyler is seen smiling and getting down on one knee as he asks his fiancée, “Will you marry me?”
Tate starts jumping with joy, clapping, and screaming as she shouts, “Yes!” As Tyler puts the ring onto Tate’s finger, people are heard in the background cheering.
Next to the video, the Bachelor Nation star reflected on the life-changing moment.
He said, “A moment we will forever cherish. A moment we get to build on for the rest of our lives. The best chapters are in front of us and I can’t wait to do them with you.”
Tyler went on and shared that he also hopes to show this moment to their kids one day.
“I documented the whole thing for the kids to watch someday but you can also check it out on YouTube ❤️,” he wrote.
