Bachelor Nation fans first met Whitney Fransway on Season 21 of “The Bachelor,” and she later returned for Season 6 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”

Since her time on the shows, Whitney has kept her love life more private until earlier this year, when she revealed that she quietly found love with boyfriend Kenny Martin last year.

The couple has been keeping followers updated with their lives online and currently live together in New York City. 

Whitney has previously opened up about wanting kids and possibly freezing her eggs. 

And now, she and Kenny are discussing “wanting to take next steps” in their relationship in a new video on social media. 

In the post, the two are seen sitting down outside as they chat about their relationship timelines. Kenny reveals, “We’ve talked about wanting to take next steps, but also having some time between next steps and like when we would ideally wanna have kids.” 

Whitney chimed in and stated, “One of those topics is, like, are you ever fully ready?” The couple agreed that it’s hard to not think about when they’re “in the Midwest, in nature” hanging out with their family and Whitney’s adorable niece. 

Kenny admitted that seeing Whitney with her niece is starting to give him “the fever” but stated, “one step at a time.” He also confessed that while he feels pressure for his timeline since he wants multiple kids, he’s also unsure if he’s ready to “completely change” their lifestyle. 

“When you start thinking about kids, there’s a lot of expenses. New York City, it’s like 70 grand a year to put your kids through private school,” Kenny shared. Whitney added, “I also wanna have a yard and a home for the kids.”

Both Whitney and Kenny agreed that they want to enjoy each of these stages and they’re excited to one day have a family.

“This is a crazy conversation since we’re not even engaged,” he teased. “And you’d be an amazing mom. I feel like your calling in life is to be a mom.”

Whitney agreed, “Being a mom and being a wife, it’s something that I’m really excited for. It’s okay to not have these answers and to figure things out as you go. Because life always throws curveballs. We have a lot of question marks.”
