Jillian Harris Celebrates 1st Wedding Anniversary with Husband Justin Pasutto: ‘Such a Dream’
Happy anniversary!
Bachelor Nation got to know Jillian Harris on Season 13 of “The Bachelor,” and then again as the leading lady for Season 5 of “The Bachelorette.”
She found love off-screen with Justin Pasutto, and the two got engaged in December 2016.
The couple also welcomed two children together: their son, Leo, in 2016, and their daughter, Annie, in 2018.
After eight years of being engaged, Jillian and Justin officially tied the knot last year in a multi-day wedding celebration.
And this past week, the couple celebrated their first wedding anniversary together!
The two took to social media to commemorate the special occasion and reflect on their time as a couple.
Alongside photos from their life together over the years, Jillian recapped some of the experiences they’ve shared.
She said, “Going through pictures, looking at everything we’ve done… our wedding day last year was THE best week of my whole life. SUCH A DREAM. More perfect than I could have ever imagined… but I don’t know if there’s ONE day that can sum up our whole big beautiful relationship. There isn’t one, because we lived it for 13 years before that.”
She then shared her hopes for her and Justin’s marriage moving forward, writing, “So here’s to the love, the excitement, the drama 😂, the changes, the decisions, the accomplishments… for the next how many years we live…. I know it’s going to be wild, entertaining fun exhilarating just the way I like it. Happy anniversary. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”
Justin also shared photos from their wedding celebration on social media and reflected on what an amazing experience it was.
“What an absolutely epic weekend it was,” he stated. “A beautiful ceremony at the church, an unreal rehearsal dinner, the most perfect farm wedding, and then ending it all with a day by the water with our favourite people. Hands down the best weekend of our lives, surrounded by the people who mean the most to us. I count my blessings every single day for this woman and the family we’ve built together.”
