New year, new skills!

Bachelor Nation fans got to know Justin Glaze on Season 17 of “The Bachelorette” and again when he returned to our screens on “Bachelor in Paradise.”

Justin loves to keep followers updated with his life online and has been documenting various “random side quest” activities he’s been trying out. From ballet classes to Bungee Fitness and an extreme stretch treatment, Justin’s followers have loved seeing him attempt all these different activities. 

And this week, the Bachelor Nation star decided to try out gymnastics alongside three-time All American and national champion Gracie Kramer. 

In the video posted on his social media, Justin is seen attempting various gymnastics events, such as vault, uneven bars, the balance beam, and flipping into a foam pit. 

As he attempts each activity, Justin teases, “If this video circulates, I’m never gonna find a wife.” He then balances in a handstand on the balance beam for a few seconds before gracefully falling off.

Gracie cheers for him and then does multiple flips off the beam into a foam pit. Justin jokes, “You’re a witch. That’s disgusting.” 

The Bachelor Nation star then throws chalk in the air and says that he’s “always wanted to do that,” adding that it’s “what LeBron does.” Gracie teases, “You’re not LeBron, sorry” with a smile. 

She then encourages Justin to try out the uneven bars and he states, “I’m gonna tear something.” After struggling to get up on the bars, Gracie coaches him to go faster to make it easier. 

After quickly getting up, Justin jumps to the second bar and unfortunately falls to the ground. Poking fun at himself, he created an in memoriam for himself and teased Gracie, “Go quicker, they said. Just go quicker. No, no don’t think about it, just go quicker!” 

After trying all the different events, Justin asked Gracie for notes and she said, “You’re not built for gymnastics, that’s one,” to which he responded, “Yup. Thanks, coach,” and she cheerily responded, “You’re welcome!” 

Followers and friends filled the comments of Justin’s post, stating how much they loved the video and found it hilarious. 

One person wrote, “I live for these side quest videos! Hahahah,” and another said, “I NEED MORE😂😂” Former Bachelorette Charity Lawson also suggested, “lmaooo i need an all star cheer gym up next @markellwashington plssss assist.”
