Zac Clark’s Release Recovery Alumni Reflect on His Impact to Celebrate His 15 Years of Sobriety
Huge congratulations!
Bachelor Nation met Zac Clark on Season 16 of “The Bachelorette,” and as fans remember, Zac shared his struggle with addiction and journey to sobriety with Tayshia Adams on-screen.
Since his time on the show, Zac has continued to share resources for addiction, mental health, and more through his company Release Recovery Addiction Treatment Center.
Zac just celebrated 15 years of sobriety, and to honor the amazing milestone, his Release Recovery alumni shared a touching message for the Bachelor Nation star.
In a new post online, Zac’s team shared sweet stories of how he has impacted their lives and helped them through their own journeys.
They wrote things such as, “Your authenticity is impossible to miss. It inspires everyone around you to show up as their truest selves.”
And, “You changed my life; some of the best parts of it and best memories are because of what you created. Thank you for believing in me before I did or even have.”
Zac’s Release Recovery team captioned the post with their gratitude for what he has created.
“For your 15th, we asked the Release team to share what your sobriety has meant to them. Here’s just a glimpse into the impact you’ve had on their lives,” they wrote. “We’re grateful for the example you set, the community you’ve built, and the countless ways you continue to show up for the people around you. Happy 15, Zac. KEEP GOING.”
Zac also marked the major milestone on his own social media account and posted photos of the heartwarming celebration he had with his family.
In the post, there’s a video of Zac blowing out a “15” candle on top of a pile of doughnuts. And as he blows out the candle, he happily wipes a tear from his face. Zac also held up a card that read, “Celebrating 15 years of LIVING! Keep Going 💛 Congratulations!”
He shared in his caption, “15 Years Sober. Thank You For My Sobriety. God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change. The courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference. Amen.”
Congratulations, Zac! What an amazing accomplishment and we are so proud of him and all the work he does to help others. We’re sending our love and support to him always!
