Caila Quinn Gets Vulnerable About ‘Recent Fails’ in New Post: ‘It’s Taking a Toll’
Opening up.
Fans first met Caila Quinn Burrello on Season 20 of “The Bachelor,” and she later appeared on Season 3 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
While Caila didn’t meet “the one” on the beach, she eventually found love off-screen with her now-husband, Nick Burrello.
The two tied the knot in May 2021 and later welcomed daughter Teddi in 2023 and son Christian in 2024. In December, Caila welcomed their third baby, Grayson.
Caila loves to keep followers updated with her life online, and this week, she took to Instagram to open up about a more vulnerable topic.
In a new post, she wrote, “Everyone posts their wins on social media so here are some of my recent fails.”
She went on to share things like, “I haven’t seen my college best friends in 3 years and our ‘this fall for sure’ reunion is looking more like ‘maybe when our kids are 5,’” and, “My phone screen time has gone up lately and it’s taking a toll on my relationships. I find it so hard to set boundaries when I can justify it as work. It’s so easy to get sucked into doomscrolling.”
Caila also shared some parenting-related losses, including, “I keep trying to make my work + home life look put together…meanwhile there are boxes covering my dining room table, laundry on the couch and kids’ toys in every shot,” as well as, “My email inbox is back to 4,000+ unread emails.”
In the comments, fans shared their love and encouragement for Caila and many thanked her for her honest post.
Caila shared as well, “I think sometimes being a mom means accepting that we just can’t show up perfectly for everyone and everything at the same time. There are friends I want to see more, thank you notes I want to write, goals I want to chase and work I want to give my all to… but right now, a lot of my capacity is going toward these little babies who need me most ♥️”
The Bachelor Nation star also encouraged that “dropping the ball sometimes” isn’t a sign of failure. It means “you’re human, you care about a lot of things, and you’re doing the best you can with the season you’re in.”
We know Caila’s continued honesty and vulnerability will help so many others feel a little less alone.
