Synopsis

Former cast members from "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette" try to leave their wounded hearts behind as they take another shot at finding love. After traveling to a secluded paradise in Sayulita, Mexico, the cast members explore new relationships and see if summer flings will turn into something more — or if their hearts will be shattered yet again. The pursuit of a potential happily-ever-after includes shocking twists, unexpected guests, unlikely pairings, and other surprises.

Just as potential couples start to pair up, everything changes drastically when new arrivals storm the beaches of Paradise with love on their minds. For seven weeks, each episode alternates between two new men or women joining the cast. New relationships may form, and current ones may end. Every week, the two people who don’t receive a rose will be forced to leave Paradise. It’s a constant love shuffle where surprise arrivals can rekindle old romances, spark new ones, or splinter existing love affairs.

At the final Rose Ceremony of the season, Krystal Nielson accepted a proposal from Chris Randone, and Jenna Cooper accepted a proposal from Jordan Kimball. Kamil Nicalek presented his final rose to Annaliese Puccini and they left Paradise in an exclusive relationship.

After leaving Paradise right before the final Rose Ceremony, Astrid Loch and Kevin Wendt resumed the relationship they started on the beach. The two became engaged in August 2019 in Kevin’s hometown of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Krystal and Chris returned to Paradise a year later and were married June 16, 2019, at the same location as their very first date. They currently live in San Diego, California, with their two dogs, Wayne and Chucky.
