Hannah Brown Sends Sweet Birthday Wish to Her New Friend Demi Lovato
Hannah Brown is feeling “Confident” about her friendship with Demi Lovato.
The chart-topping singer and Hannah became friends during her season of “The Bachelorette” thanks to Demi’s many Instagram Story updates about her experience watching the show.
Demi turned 27 on August 20, and the former Bachelorette wished her a happy day on her own Instagram Story. Hannah posted a picture of the pair standing together with big smiles in front of the “Friends” fountain at Warner Bros. right after the first night of “The Bachelorette” finale. Appropriately, Hannah added the “Friends” theme song “I’ll Be There For You” to the post, so it played in the background.
“Happy birthday to sweet queen @ddlovato,” Hannah wrote. “I’m so excited to see what this year brings you!”
This isn’t the first snapshot of the new friendship Hannah has shared. She posted another picture from that same photo shoot on July 31, one day after the finale.
“GIRL POWER,” she captioned it. “my support system rocks..quite literally but seriously, thank you for following along. I have felt so much love and support during this crazy journey and appreciate all of your kind messages. I’m so grateful for this experience, and proud of the woman I have become. I can’t wait to see what’s next for this hot mess!”
The birthday girl replied, “You are the sweetest.. so proud of you and the strong boss bitch you are!! *cue friends theme songs*”

The “Sorry Not Sorry” singer also uploaded photos from their time together after the finale’s taping. Hannah commented on a photo of them holding windmill cookies, “love love love. so thankful for your support during this season of life and taking me under your wing. Also, thanks for sharing your mama with me.”
As anyone who followed along with Demi’s journey of watching “The Bachelorette” knows, she was team Mike Johnson all the way. Bachelor Nation discussed Demi’s crush with Mike himself after “Men Tell All” and asked if he had a message for the singer. He told us, “I would tell her, in front of the world, let’s go on a date.”
Happy birthday, Demi!
