The “Bachelor in Paradise” couple have closed on a new home six months after getting engaged. Both Raven and Adam shared the momentous news on Instagram. Raven posted a photo of Adam carrying her in his arms and kissing her as she holds a champagne bottle. They’re in the middle of a room surrounded by scraps of drywall and exposed wooden beams.

Raven captioned it, “Buying a house 🏡 while wedding planning 👰🏻wasn’t the best idea we have had BUT we’re excited for this new chapter!! 📖 but seriously, who want to come over and help?? I promise champagne and snacks in return for labor.”

She continued, “Less than 24 hours from our closing Adam already has the walls torn down 🤣 I love him for it- he means business!! ❤️ Home is wherever I am with you.”

Adam’s picture showed him in the same room staring pensively at the foundation. A trash can near him overflows with cardboard and all sorts of other materials. He captioned it, “Watch this house become a home! Raven and I just closed on a new home and my vision starts when the walls are open... it’s the calm before the storm.”

Adam proposed to Raven on May 31 on a rooftop in Dallas and completely surprised her. He told E! News that the day started with Raven doing a photo shoot for her boutique, and she “thought it was a normal shoot day.”

He said, “She did a few practice runs and then the videographer slipped me the ring and once she threw the petals up, I got down on one knee. I blacked out, but I got everything out that I wanted. I legitimately broke down and cried. It took me 30 seconds to pull it together. After I saw the video that the videographer made, I was sobbing for hours.”

The couple met on Season 4 of “Bachelor in Paradise.” They hit it off and decided to continue their relationship off the show rather than get engaged immediately. In August 2018, Raven shut down engagement speculation and explained in an Instagram caption that they were focused on living in the moment, but a wedding was in their future.

She wrote, “When people ask us when we’re getting engaged.. we’re just enjoying being Dinks! (Dual income, no kids)”

Raven added, “PS marriage & kids are in the plan- you just gotta enjoy the stage your [sic] in!”
