Sean Lowe Calls Marriage to Catherine the 'Best Decision' in Anniversary Post
Sean and Catherine Lowe rang in six years of marriage together on Sunday, January 26.
The happy couple each looked back on their big day and paid homage on social media. They tied the knot January 26, 2014, at Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore in Santa Barbara, California.
Catherine’s picture showed Sean removing her lace garter over her shoe with his teeth as she laughed in a chair.

She captioned it, “S I X - Y 🥰 It’s been six years of having fun, learning, being challenged, becoming parents together, laughing, all while holding each other’s hands which is exactly what I hoped for when he got down on a knee. Happy Anniversary my love!”
In typical Sean Lowe fashion, he mixed humor with sentimentality in both his photo choices and description. He uploaded a slideshow of three pictures: a professional one of them walking down the aisle; Catherine holding their three children after giving birth to their daughter Mia; and Catherine looking up at a teary-eyed Sean.
He quipped in his caption, “Six years ago today, I married my best friend. Our story is like many others- we met at a cocktail party, I courted her for a season, we fell in love, I proposed, we rode into the sunset on an elephant as credits rolled, and we got married in front of our family and closest seven million friends- tale as old as time.”
Sean concluded, “It was and will remain the best decision I’ve ever made in my entire life.”

Though the “Bachelor” Season 17 couple televised their wedding, Sean’s father officiated the ceremony rather than Chris Harrison.
Since their wedding six years ago, Sean and Catherine have grown their brood to become a family of five. They are parents to Samuel, 3, Isaiah, 20 months, and Mia, 1 month.
In September, both Sean and Catherine briefly reflected on their time on Season 17 of “The Bachelor.” Catherine posted a picture on Instagram from the first night meeting Sean and wrote, “This week 7 years ago, I held hands with my beloved for the first time. I also called him a ‘hunk’ and broadcasted that I’m a humongous dork on national television for the first time.”
Lucky for Catherine, that trick worked!
A few days later, Sean uploaded a picture of Catherine and Samuel napping on their couch together, writing, “Found this in the living room today. If she had told me up front she’d be this good of a mom (and wife), we could have skipped that whole dating 25 other women thing and cut to the chase a lot sooner.”
Happy anniversary, Sean and Catherine!
