Experience Las Vegas Like Becca Kufrin on 'The Bachelorette'
Viva Las Vegas!
What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, but not when a romantic getaway to Sin City hits the vacation jackpot. Becca Kufrin traveled to this desert city on Season 14 of “The Bachelorette” and experienced more than just the world-famous Strip on her outings with the guys.
If you want to combine adoration and adrenaline, look no further than these date ideas in Vegas!
Arrival
Trying to figure out where to stay in Vegas can feel overwhelming. You have all type of famous hotels to choose from, but Becca and the guys stayed at Aria Resort & Casino. For an even more exclusive experience, there’s the Sky Suite, where her suitors slept. Aria offers access to top-notch nightlife, entertainment, restaurants, and amenities like spas, pools, and shops. Throw in some roses and a bottle of bubbly and you’ll have everything you need to turn up the romance!
Once you get settled, the Bellagio Hotel fountain and New York-New York Hotel bridge are two great spots to begin your Las Vegas adventures. Many Bachelors and Bachelorettes have shared a smooch by a fountain or on a bridge in other cities around the world, so why not do the same?
Your journey for love can take you all around the world without ever leaving the Las Vegas city limits.
One-on-one date: There’s no camel-flauge when it comes to love
You’re in the desert already, so we suggest you embrace it. If you want a one-on-one date that tests your love’s dedication to you, see how they handle a situation when the going gets bumpy.
Becca and her date headed out to Camel Safari for an activity that’s exactly what it sounds like — a two-hour camel ride. If you choose to follow suit, you can get “up close and personal” with these magnificent creatures. Yes, you can even take a selfie that will make all your followers jealous.
If you want a smoother ride later in the evening on four wheels and not four legs, you can hop aboard a double-decker bus and take in Las Vegas side by side. After, bond over a romantic dinner where you discuss overcoming your fears, like riding a camel.
Group date: “Danke Schoen” for your love
What’s a trip to Sin City without paying homage to Mr. Las Vegas himself, Wayne Newton? Becca and nine men were lucky enough to head to Newton’s home, Casa de Shenandoah, for a day of songwriting and performing.
Although Casa de Shenandoah no longer provides access to the public, there are still plenty of ways to get your Wayne Newton fix while in Las Vegas thanks to his many performances scheduled.
After your Wayne Newton-filled day, wind down with an exclusive VIP experience at Hyde Club in T-Mobile Arena just like Becca and her suitors.
Don’t let Casa de Shenandoah’s closure stop you from writing your own love song!
Two-on-one date: Don’t play with fire
If the camel date intrigued you and tempted you to see more of Nevada’s great outdoors, take a bigger group to Valley of Fire State Park. There, you can see who really fans the flames of your affection.
Becca ventured here on a two-on-one date, where tensions rose and emotions got heated. Instead of letting that happen to you, try to absorb the 460,000 acres of stunning sandstone. The state park also has prehistoric petroglyphs, so talk with your group and see if your relationship can be a tale old as time.
Rose ceremony
Las Vegas recently experienced a culinary revival, turning the city into a great destination for all types of foodies. If the mood strikes, you can have your own rose ceremony at any number of restaurants or locations, such as Herringbone, Sage Restaurant, or Vdara Hotel & Spa.
Here’s to hoping your love and all those romantic moments don’t stay in Vegas!
