How DeAnna Pappas Finds 'Joy in Such a Scary Time'
DeAnna Pappas is finding the silver lining amid these uncertain and trying times.
The Season 4 Bachelorette wrote on Instagram about "feeling the ups & downs" of staying at home, and how she and her family have been coping. DeAnna consistently shares updates on social media with videos and photos of her husband Stephen Stagliano and their two kids, Addison and Austin, and Wednesday’s post was no different.
DeAnna posted a picture of herself and Austin sitting on the floor in what looks like their living room. She began, "These are crazy times & much is unknown. I’m feeling the ups & downs, just like you all. Some days are harder than others. I’m choosing to be grateful for this time to be home with Stephen & the kids. We’ve had dinner together as a family EVERY SINGLE NIGHT."

According to DeAnna, having dinner together daily is generally "not a constant" due to their "crazy work schedules."
As part of their mealtime together, the four Staglianos "go around the table & everyone shares their favorite part of their day & what they are grateful for." Six-year-old Addison said "she was grateful to be together as a family."
"I never want to forget that," DeAnna wrote. "I would love to encourage you all to add this little piece to your family dinners. It’s a great conversation starter..➕ a great way to find some joy is such a scary time. We are in this together!"
On March 24, DeAnna showed off her creative skills with how she's been entertaining her kids. She posted a photo of herself holding a cocktail tray and wrote, "I have served my children lunch on a tray, craft 'cocktails' with umbrellas, picnics in the backyard, a makeshift zoo in the backyard, snacks every 15 mins, 3 breakfasts before 10:30am, homemade dinners."
DeAnna has a knack for whipping up delicious recipes, so it’s clear the Stagliano household has plates — and hearts — filled with love.
