Lauren Luyendyk Turned Arie into a 'Silver Fox,' Thanks to Hair Dye Experiment
Arie Luyendyk Jr. just redefined what it means to be a "silver fox," thanks to his wife Lauren.
On Sunday, Arie and Lauren debuted new hairstyles and colors for the spring season. Lauren’s blond locks turned a pastel pink ombré, while Arie’s hair became full-blown silver. Spring is about rebirth, after all, and that counts for hairstyles, too!
Lauren shared photos of their style change on Instagram, captioning one, "Alessi was napping sooo we did a thing + dyed each others hair lol now @ariejr’s really a silver fox."

It turns out Lauren didn’t just dye Arie’s hair — she cut it, too. Lauren and Arie posted a video of Arie’s experience on their YouTube page, which involved Lauren clipping his hair with kitchen scissors. She also shaved a few lines on the side of his head.
Arie joked at the end of his video, "It went from looking good to looking like I'm on 'Life After Lockup.'"
Hair experiment aside, Arie and Lauren celebrated their first Easter as a family of three. Their daughter Alessi looked adorable and festive in a floral dress as they rang in the holiday from their home in Arizona.

Arie posted videos on his Instagram Story after the hair dye experiment and joked, "I tried to get back at Lauren," referring to his haircut.
"I got back at you again!" she exclaimed as she wrapped her arms around her husband.
Arie went on, "She got back at me because my hair is white — literally white."
Lauren apparently ordered two different hair colors and she said she "had to try out both colors."
That's one way to do it!
