DeAnna Pappas Goes Full Julia Child in Hilarious Instagram 'Cooking Show'
Are stay-at-home orders leaving you lacking in culinary inspiration? Can’t handle one more night of spaghetti and marinara sauce? It’s time, then, Bachelor Nation, to turn to DeAnna Pappas’ Instagram Stories.
The Season 4 Bachelorette regularly records herself giving a behind-the-scenes look at life with her husband and two kids. DeAnna also has some cooking tricks up her sleeve, and she’s known to document this skill on social media.
On Wednesday, she created an alter ego of sorts in her own Instagram Story "cooking show" which featured a thick Southern accent and a few hefty pours of wine. Her kids Addison and Austin also made cameos. DeAnna prepared a delicious-looking dinner of chicken piccata and gave clear step-by-step instructions on how to follow along.

At one point, Addison showed up and DeAnna said jokingly, "Usually, this is my time alone, but my girl is here to help me cook," and took a big swig of wine.
When DeAnna used a meat tenderizer to flatten the chicken breasts, Addison asked if she could try it out. She responded, "Just a minute. Mommy is trying to take out some tension."
Austin arrived to help in the kitchen and poked his fingers at the phone, and DeAnna shared, "There’s also a strange man in my video tonight. But don’t mind him — he’s cute." She even proceeded to take a sip straight out of the wine bottle. Julia Child would be proud!

Once all was said and done, DeAnna posted photos of the finished product, which included chicken piccata with angel hair pasta and roasted carrots. She captioned a photo of the family of four with the meal, "Dinner was so good last night! 🖤 I hope you enjoyed yet another ridiculous at home pretend cooking show with me 😜 I’ve clearly lost my mind."
On Tuesday, she posted another photo of one of her cooking show creations: healthy nachos.
