Krystal Nielson Gets Real About Overcoming Fears and Coping with Loneliness
Krystal Nielson has never shied away from opening up about how she she deals with hard times. On Sunday, she did just that in a heartfelt and raw Instagram post about "pressures & fears of uncertainty” and “uncovering my fears and open my heart to healing."
She began, "The past 2 months have been NONSTOP grind for me- writing, filming, coaching, learning, growing, healing, crying, more healing, more crying and ultimately breaking apart the mold I use to keep myself in in order to feel loved, good enough, accepted, and worthy."
Krystal named some of the difficult hurdles she’s coped with recently, including "quarantine, separation, scaling business, family and personal pressure, public scrutiny, vet emergencies, unexpected checks to write."

She explained that because this "uncertainty can be downright debilitating," she spent the last month focusing on herself and her healing process. The life and fitness coach centered on "meditating, journaling, moving my body, connecting with my incredible TBG community, FaceTiming friends and, most importantly, asking for help and support from loved ones were paramount."
Krystal continued in her caption, "I realized for SO MUCH of my life I’ve thought I had to do it on my own... But I’ve realized that my dreams CANNOT scale without faith, a team, and having the courage to let go of how I THINK something SHOULD BE... and instead allow it to UNFOLD the way GOD meant it to be."
Krystal opened up a bit more in her Instagram Story about some of the ups and downs she’s dealt with during quarantine. During a question and answer series on her Story, one person asked how she’s "coping living alone right now."

She replied, "I'd say I'm actually really lonely. I was fine maybe up until a couple weeks ago, and I'm just getting really stir-crazy."
In another post on her Instagram Story, Krystal revealed she and her ex-husband Chris Randone haven't talked "in a month and a half." Chris and Krystal announced their separation February 14 in an exclusive statement to "Bachelor Nation."
Since their separation, Krystal has focused on building her fitness ventures. In April, Chris gave back to the community and donated over $2,000 to people in need due to the coronavirus.
Krystal's heartfelt post echoes other milestone moments she's highlighted in the past. In January, she marked her seven-year anniversary of moving to California and reflected on how she bounced back after feeling "lost and defeated."
The "Bachelor in Paradise" alumna wrote that this "defeat and rejection" forced her to "fight HARDER for the life I knew I deserved."
