Jason Tartick Showers Kaitlyn Bristowe with Surprises on Her 35th Birthday
Kaitlyn Bristowe turned the big 3-5 June 19, and Jason Tartick made sure she was treated like a queen the entire day.
Jason created a montage of Kaitlyn’s friends and family sending her special birthday messages. He captioned the video on Instagram, "Happy 35th Birthday KB! The positive Birthday energy is pouring in already from far and near. Please send this gem of human all the love you can today. Let’s have a day!"
Kaitlyn and Jason both documented the gifts that he sprinkled throughout the day. In the morning, right after her workout, he came into the kitchen and told her she’d be getting a 90-minute massage. A few hours later, Kaitlyn’s best friend surprised her in Nashville for her big day.

Kaitlyn's had an eventful week leading up to her 35th birthday. On Monday, Kaitlyn relived her season of "The Bachelorette" during the second episode of "The Bachelor: The Greatest Seasons — Ever!" At the end of the three hours, Chris Harrison set up the situation to make it seem as if Jason would propose, but instead he asked Kaitlyn if she wanted to join the cast of "Dancing with the Stars" Season 29, which she gladly accepted.
The Season 11 Bachelorette said to Chris, "Are you serious?! This is the last thing I thought you would say! I thought you were going to ask me to take over your job. That was the last thing. Yes, yes, yes! I am so humbled to say yes!"
Although Jason didn't pop the question on "Bachelor: GOAT," that’s not to say it won’t happen in the near future. Kaitlyn confirmed on her Instagram Story Monday that they’ve already picked out an engagement ring.
In October, Jason and Kaitlyn marked the one-year anniversary of when they met for the first time. Jason joined her for a recording of her podcast "Off the Vine" in Seattle where he was living at the time, and he knew right away that she would be his "future wife."
He told Chris during his "Bachelor: GOAT" interview, "I was crushing pretty quickly, actually. I had left the podcast and I turned the corner, called my best buddy, and he said, 'How’d it go? I know you’re excited for it.' I said, 'Yep, just met my future wife.'"
Kaitlyn admitted she "friend-zoned him," but sooner or later, he "pushed through." Now, they live together with their two adorable golden retrievers.
