Clare Crawley Shimmers in New 'Bachelorette' Sneak Peek
Clare Crawley has been preparing to take the leap as the Season 16 Bachelorette, and she sure looks the part.
"The Bachelorette" released two sneak peeks Tuesday for the upcoming season that make clear we’re in for "one heel of a season." In the first clip, all we see are Clare’s hands holding a pair of silver stilettos with roses on the front strap. Then, she slowly drops them from her hand.
In a subsequent video, Clare stuns in a white one-shoulder dress and throws a rose as she gives a subtle smile.
Bachelor Nation is ready for this!
"Bachelorette" Mondays will become "Bachelorette" Tuesdays this season, but the change of date surely won’t mean a change in the amount of drama, love, and excitement we’re bound to see!
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
Clare opened up to Rachel Lindsay and Becca Kufrin on "Bachelor Happy Hour" in June about what she hopes to accomplish as the Bachelorette and what she’s really looking for in a partner.
When asked about the ideal finale for her season, she shared, "My happy ending would obviously be staying true to myself, and I think that’s key to say because a lot of people have said in the past, 'How many shows have you been on?' or 'How many times are you going to do this? You’ve already had four tries at this.' When I say being true to myself, that means loving myself first."
She added, "If that means there’s no man at the end for me, that means there’s no man at the end for me. In my best, ideal situation, the man of my dreams is there and we can walk away and go back into normal life."
Clare also knows that she’s not coming on "The Bachelorette" to settle for anyone. She explained on "Bachelor Happy Hour" that many of her friends encouraged her to settle, but the Sacramento-based hair stylist knows better for herself.
She said, "I laugh at people when they say, 'I can’t believe you’re 39 and single! You’re desperate,' or this or that. The best piece of advice I can say is I personally would rather be spending 20 years with the man of my dreams being wholly loved for who I am rather than 50, 60 years with the wrong man."
We can’t wait to see how Clare’s love story plays out!
