Jared Haibon & Ashley Iaconetti Celebrate 1 Year of Marriage
It’s time to raise a glass to Mr. and Mrs. Haibon!
Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon are celebrating their one-year wedding anniversary, and what a year it’s been for the couple. The lovebirds tied the knot August 11, 2019, at Rosecliff Mansion in Newport, Rhode Island, in front of their close family and friends.
Many of their Bachelor Nation friends attended the wedding, including Nick Viall, Dean Unglert, Ben Higgins and his fiancée Jess Clarke, Jason Tartick and Kaitlyn Bristowe, Carly Waddell and Evan Bass, and more.
Both Jared and Ashley commemorated their anniversary by posting photos on their Instagram Story from their fairy-tale wedding day. Ashley wore a strapless Ines di Santo wedding gown and Jared donned a classic black tuxedo. The newlyweds gave everyone a taste of their wedding day in a video that shared behind-the-scenes moments from before and during the ceremony.

Jared said in his vows, "I loved you since the moment I laid eyes on you, and I’ve been such a fool refusing to admit what I knew for so long — that my soul mate, my person, has always been right in front of my eyes."
This week not only celebrates their wedding but also marks five years since they shared their fateful first kiss on Season 2 of "Bachelor in Paradise." That kiss didn’t seal the deal for their relationship, because it would take Jared another few years to fully admit his feelings for love-struck Ashley. It all came full circle when he proposed June 18, 2018, in Sayulita, Mexico, where they first met.
Days after their wedding, Ashley and Jared jetted off to the Amalfi Coast and Greece for their envy-inducing honeymoon.
Now that they’re married, absolutely everyone wants to know when they’re going to have baby Haibons. Ashley and Jared have been open about wanting to have kids, and she gave a more detailed picture of their timeline in a March interview on "Bachelor Happy Hour."
Ashley said, "When we first got together two years ago, we said five years. That would give us another three years here, but I think it’ll be another two years. I think that’s just because the kid thing. I don’t want to have a newborn and then not have family in the area."

They both said they have thought seriously about going back to the East Coast to start a family, a decision she even mentioned in her wedding vows because it is "such a big deal" to Jared.
Ashley and Jared spent ample time back East during the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, as they stayed at Ashley’s home in Virginia for much of quarantine.
Happy anniversary, Ashley and Jared! Here’s to celebrating many more together.
