Hannah Ann Sluss' Floral Arrangements Are the Perfect Centerpieces
Flowers have the innate ability to make anybody smile, especially when they’re arranged beautifully in a vase. Thanks to Hannah Ann Sluss, creating a beautiful floral centerpiece is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
The "Bachelor" Season 24 finalist shared her tips and tricks for making a "Sunday Blues" floral arrangement, which she created out of blue hydrangeas and white roses. Hannah Ann explained in her Instagram Story that the "bungalow theme" of her room helped inspire the décor.
According to Hannah Ann, the first step is cutting a green tropical leaf in half. She directs, "Remove any dirt on the leaf with a wet paper towel. Cut the leaf in half and bend it to fit the vase."
Once that’s done, get the hydrangeas cut at an angle. Hannah Ann said, "I like to start with the hydrangeas first, because then I can see where I can place other flowers."
Adding the roses comes next. Hannah Ann reminds, "Third step: don’t forget to remove any leaves from roses and hydrangeas."
The 24-year-old loves adding white hypericum berries to the bouquet because they remind her of her grandmother. Plus, they’re "so cute."
She captioned the slide to this step, "Hope to one day have my own flower garden like both my grandmothers had."
Hannah Ann is all about the flower power. She regularly posts photos on social media posing in front of the prettiest florals in whichever neighborhood she’s in.
