Jesse Palmer Reveals the 'Secrets' to His Happy Relationship
Knowledge is power, and Jesse Palmer is letting the world in on some of the "secrets" to his happy relationship with fiancée Emely Fardo.
On Wednesday, the Season 5 Bachelor posted a video on his Instagram page of himself and Emely playing paddleball on the beach somewhere along the California coast. The famous song "The Girl from Ipanema" plays in the background, paying homage to Emely’s home country of Brazil.
Jesse captioned the video, "The secrets to our relationship 😉 Looking forward to a lifetime of playing together with my Bebezão."

In the clip, Jesse wrote, "Some keys to our relationship," and listed three of his top tips. According to Jesse, number one is "never stop playing." He lists the second tip as "A little competition is healthy." Finally, his third piece of advice reads, "Cherish each moment, for exactly what it is."
Jesse has been working in California recently, and Emely flew out from their home in New York to spend some time in the Golden State. Jesse proposed to Emily July 8, 2019, during a romantic — and surprise — trip to France.

He wrote on Instagram that day, "You said 'yes'. I’m so lucky to finally call you my fiancé. I asked for an angel to be brought into my life...and it was you. You love me unconditionally. You’ve made me the best version of myself. You’ve given me a sense of calm and a happiness that I’ve never before experienced. Now, the rest of our lives can begin...together."
With those steps he listed in his Instagram video, it’s clear Jesse and Emely are in for a lifetime of happiness!
