'Bachelor' Alum Liz Sandoz Gives Birth to Baby Girl
Liz Sandoz is now a mom!
Liz, who appeared on Nick Viall’s season of "The Bachelor," announced Wednesday that she and her husband Vito Presta welcomed a baby girl named Jovie Noelle on September 1. Liz posted a photo on Instagram of herself and Vito looking down and smiling at Jovie. As she shared the happy news, Liz also revealed that their daughter spent time in the NICU (neonatal intensive care unit).
She began her caption, "September 1st at 9:41pm, Jovie Noelle made her entrance into this world. We are so incredibly in love and grateful for the support we had in labor and delivery and this week following. Although she made her entrance into the world a week ago, she just made it home to us."

Liz wrote she "planned a lot for birth but I never planned on leaving my daughter in the hospital NICU."
Liz, who is a doula, called her daughter a "strong fighter" and said that she has “wowed the doctors with her ability to overcome since day 1.”

The 32-year-old shared the special meaning of her name with People, telling them Jovie means "joyful."
She explained to the publication, "We are big on name meanings and want to speak joy over her life."
Liz and Vito announced in December that she suffered a miscarriage. Four months later, in April, they posted on Instagram that Liz was 20 weeks pregnant.
