Did Vanessa Grimaldi Just Start a New Engagement Ring Trend?
Vanessa Grimaldi got engaged to Josh Wolfe a little over a month ago (August 9, to be exact), but she’s not wasting any time when it comes to adding some more style to her stunning diamond ring.
On Wednesday, Vanessa posted videos on her Instagram Story that went behind the scenes as jewelry company Teresa and Sons created a pinkie ring for her. Vanessa wrote, "The making of my custom pinky ring to match my engagement ring."
She showed the jeweler polishing the gold band, as well as "making it all shiny," which was Vanessa's "favourite part."
Vanessa’s engagement ring features an oval 1-carat diamond in the middle with two smaller stones set on each side on an 18-karat gold band.
The "Bachelor" alumna modeled her new ring in a subsequent Instagram Story, calling it the "prettiest duo."
Her longtime boyfriend Josh popped the question in Quebec City near the iconic Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. Vanessa wrote on Instagram after the engagement, "August 9th, 2020 will forever be my favourite DAY OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!! @jbrwolfe YOU ARE MY EVERYTHING AND I CANNOT WAIT TO BE FOREVER AND EVER WITH YOU!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️#engaged."
As it turns out, she's already been "practicing for the big day" with her nephew and niece.
