Angela Amezcua Shares Her Self-Care Priority During Quarantine
Angela Amezcua has taken the last few months during quarantine to breathe.
The "Bachelor in Paradise" alumna posted a stunning yet casual selfie Monday on Instagram. In it, she wears a powder-blue sports bra and matching leggings and her hair falls down over one shoulder. She wrote, "No makeup, no edits, no filters... just Portrait Mode..."
She added, "I’ve been loving letting my skin breathe a little more than usual during quarantine 🙌🏼 What kind of self care have y’all been doing more of lately?!"

Many Bachelor Nation members have shared their own self-care and self-love tips, both during the stay-at-home orders and before. Mike Johnson said in a recent interview that self-love and success are connected because they both revolve around "knowing your worth."
"Bachelor Happy Hour" co-hosts Becca Kufrin and Rachel Lindsay spoke about self-care during one of their episodes and got real about the "good and bad days" of quarantine.
Season 16 Bachelorette Clare Crawley has spoken on this topic a bunch, too. In her "Bachelor Happy Hour" interview, Clare explained how she's grown as a person since Juan Pablo’s season of "The Bachelor," and she credits that to her self-love and self-worth.
"Coming off of Juan Pablo's season, I was weak. I didn’t know who I was. I wasn’t self-aware. Now, coming from there and doing the work all in my 30s, I'm an empowered woman now, and a strong woman," she said on the podcast in June. "I would say even more than being a strong woman — because I'm not always strong — more than anything, I'm a courageous woman now. Even when I’m weak, I still have the courage in myself to do hard things."
